This is a chance to own a great piece of Puma cutlery history. The blade is German Pumaster steel and the handles are genuine stag with two brass rivets. The finger guard is polished brass. This knife measures 8" overall with a 4 1/4" blade. The front of this knife blade is etched: 6397 HANDMADE - PUMA HUNTER'S PAL - GENUINE PUMASTER STEEL GERMANY.The knife includes the "Puma Proof Mark" on the blade: a small dot or ping on each blade was made with a diamond pointed needle, part of the Rockwell blade quality testing. It has a 4 1/4" German stainless steel blade and is 8" overall length.
