New Pure Distilling 15L Smart Filter. Full Stainless Steel 34LConical Fermenter. This is full stainless steel Conical fermenter designed for beer making or cider/wine making. It can be fermenting under pressure. This fermenter can ferment your beer with normal pressure with an airlock, or under pressure up to 3 bar. If the pressure build reaches 3 bar, the safety pressure relives valve will be activated and release the pressure down to 2 bar. Between that, you can adjust the pressure by manual release/inject CO2 from the by-pass valve. The fermenter equipped with a dial thermometer which can show fermenting temperature easily. There's beer sample spout from lower part of the conical bottom, where you can take sample beer to test, or directly serve the beer there. On bottom of the fermenter, there's a valve to drain the yeast slurry regularly to avoid too yeasty of the beer or collect the yeast for your next batch beer, exactly same as the commercial brewery.

Made of full Stainless Steel 304. Can brew your beer pressurized or non-pressurized.

If you run it pressurized, there's safety pressure relieve valve to protect too high pressure. Equipped with a dial thermometer so that you can know the fermentation temperature. Conical bottom with sanitary level beer sample spout and drainage valve.

To run normal pressure fermentation you need connect a hose to a PET bottle which half fill the water as an air lock.
