Collector Condition 1984 Rolex Oyster Submariner 5513 Maxi Mark V Dial Full Set Investment Watch. The Rolex Oyster Submariner was launched in 1953 and is probably the most sought after Rolex ever made. Worn by everyone from Robert Redford to Steve McQueen, Sean Connery to Jacques Cousteau. There is currently a 4 to 6 year waiting list for the latest model. This is a collector condition example of one of the most desirable Submariners ever made, the 5513 or Roger Moore as its often known.

The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The original and extremely rare Rolex signed Maxi Mark V dial is again untouched and in excellent condition (theres a very minor circle of wear which Ive tried to capture on the photographs this cant be seen with the naked eye). The bezel insert and Rolex winding crown was replaced by Rolex in 2016.

The batons and original hands have aged to a lovely ivory/mint colour and its one of the last matt dials. The original Rolex bracelet is again in excellent condition and it totally correct for the period (580/95150 end pieces and the smaller clasp on the deployment). The original Rolex signed automatic movement is again in very good condition and was serviced by Rolex in March 2016. Submariners have shown some of the highest increases in terms of investment and to ones that are untouched with full history have shown the highest of them all. Were based in Berkshire and Nottingham and spend 1- 2 days a week in London.
