Don Lozier Custom Handmade Small Drop Point Hunting Knife, Pearl Handle

  

Offered for sale is a custom Don Lozier fixed-blade hunting knife, hand-made in USA, probably circa 2000. Don Lozier started making knives in 1991, and was admitted to the Knifemakers Guild in 1996. This knife is small enough for everyday carry, yet tough enough for most sporting and work applications.

This knife features a stainless steel hollow-ground mirror-polished drop point blade, a stainless steel hilt and pommel, full tang construction, and mother-of-pearl handle scales. The handle scales are dovetailed into the hilt and pommel. The filework on the top of the blade helps to improve ones grip when placing ones thumb on top of the blade.

The blade is 3-1/4" long and 3/16" thick at the hilt. The blade is tang stamped Don Lozier. The knife is in excellent, like-new condition overall.

The blade appears to be unsharpened. The handle is in excellent condition. The fit and finish is superb. The knife includes a custom right handed leather sheath. This knife is very well made, and will provide many years of service with proper care.
