Heavy Duty 9L Steel Fruit Press with T Handle. Ultimate Full Stainless Steel (Carbon) Filter Housing & Kettle Bundle. This is full stainless steel carbon filter kit for spirits filtration. The filter kit consists of a 22L stainless steel kettle or 50L stainless steel kettle to hold spirits to be filtated, and with a full stainless steel 4 tri-clover fitted housing to hold activated carbon.

The outlet of spirits will be controlled by a needle valve so that the spirits can be drop off with a slow speed. The housing of carbon can hold about 380g activated carbon, that's enough to filtrate about 50L of 40% of spirits. In principle, the slower the better. Alternatively, you can run batch filtration by close the bottom valve and fulfil the housing with spirits, then leave it for a day or 2, then drain about 2L out and close the valve again for next batch. The advantage of running batch filtration is you don't need always watch the dripping of spirits, and you can leave longer time in the housing for better result.

The activated carbon will polish the spirits well and remove by-product from the distillation. The large kettle can hold more spirtis than other carbon filter you can see in the market, and you can also attached to other bigger kettle you got like 35L or 65L digi boil. The stainless steel filter housing can be used for other purposes as well. Full stainless steel for kettle and filter housing. Easy to install and use.
